In developmentKoti niin!
An innovative property platform in development where users can explore homes for rent or sale in 3D.
Project overview
Koti niin! brings spatial exploration into property discovery. Its goal is to help people understand a home’s layout and spaces before arranging a viewing. The platform is still in development; public availability and integrations will be described as they are confirmed.
How the project works
The project brings 3D exploration to listings for homes to rent or buy. The intended experience helps users examine spatial layout and room relationships before deciding which properties to view in person.
- 3D property exploration
- Rental and sale use cases
- Spatial understanding before a viewing

A property marketplace with spatial context
Koti niin! brings rental and sale listings together with a richer way to understand a home. Prospective tenants and buyers can explore the property information and its 3D tour before arranging a physical viewing. Owners and organisations manage their listings within the same system. The goal is to make property discovery more informative while retaining a clear connection between the listing, its publisher and the available viewing experience.

From listing to an interactive tour
The listing is the entry point for the property’s description, media and tour. A 3D scene allows users to investigate spatial relationships and move through the viewing experience instead of relying only on a sequence of flat photographs. Scene and asset access is tied to the property’s publication and permissions. The experience aims to communicate layout and context; it does not claim a legally certified measurement of floor area.

Listings, publishers and messaging
The product scope includes marketplace discovery, listing management and communication between an interested user and a listing publisher. Messaging belongs to the property context rather than being disconnected from it. Individual ownership and organisation membership have distinct access boundaries. Managing a listing or private conversation therefore depends on the user’s relevant permissions, not merely on knowing a resource address.

Organisation and administration workflows
An organisation can coordinate members and property work while the administration layer handles platform oversight. The development includes user and listing lifecycle, moderation, role-based administrative capabilities, maintenance operations and audit visibility. These controls are being evaluated through acceptance work before release. The public project description does not turn an unfinished acceptance process into a claim that the service is already available to everyone.

Mobile-first 3D quality roadmap
The next viewer work targets Auto, Low, Medium, High and XHigh quality choices. Auto is intended to consider device capability and runtime performance, then adjust rendering detail and resource use. The plan also covers download load, memory cleanup, preserving the camera position during quality changes and suitable controls for phones, tablets and desktops. These are development targets, not a claim of completed public mobile acceptance.

An example property-search journey
A user finds a rental listing, checks its description and enters the available 3D tour to understand the rooms and layout. They then contact the publisher about suitability or a viewing. On the publisher side, listing information, publication status and communication are managed with the appropriate permissions. This connects discovery, visual inspection and the next conversation into one coherent experience.

Current stage
Koti niin! remains in development. Marketplace, tour, messaging and organisation/administration work form the product scope; final access, keyboard usability and viewer acceptance are part of the release process. Mobile viewer optimisation is scheduled before final integration and product smoke testing. A public service address and release date will be added when confirmed.
Development & availability
Koti niin! is in development. Listing feeds, capture methods, integrations and release dates will be announced when confirmed. No availability claim is made for features that are still being developed.
